Three days ago I felt like super mom.

Most queries remain unanswered, you are left wondering if the agent or publisher just didn’t like it, didn’t read it, or ha

Nine years came and went last week without much fan fare.
Less people messaged, I myself felt less affected
There was not weeks of lead up dread like in years previous
Nine years ago my mother died
And yet, the world is moving on
Even I am moving
